Customer Service is something very close to my heart, and a Mantra we repeat daily at Repeat Customer Solutions.&lt;br/&gt;As Ron said, &quot;it&#039;s not rocket science&quot;....so why do so many get it so wrong?&lt;br/&gt;I have made an appointment to meet with Ron next week. I urge as many of your attendees and members as possible to support this man and his organisation.
