Thank you John. I have not enjoyed listening to a speaker as much as I did Ron McLean for a very long time. Customer Service is something very close to my heart, and a Mantra we repeat daily at Repeat Customer Solutions.
As Ron said, “it’s not rocket science”….so why do so many get it so wrong?
I have made an appointment to meet with Ron next week. I urge as many of your attendees and members as possible to support this man and his organisation. We will all be the better for it.
