Thank you John. I have not enjoyed listening to a speaker as much as I did Ron McLean for a very long time. Customer Service is something very close to my heart, and a Mantra we repeat daily at Repeat Customer Solutions.
As Ron said, “it’s not rocket science”….so why do so many get it so wrong?
I have made an appointment to meet with Ron next week. I urge as many of your attendees and members as possible to support this man and his organisation. We will all be the better for it.

 Dear John,
 A quick note of appreciation is due to you for the good work you do for your sponsors.
 As you know, we  hosted a networking evening at our premises in March of this year. It was well attended – about 30 or more people – giving us a chance to get to know other businesspeople in the area.
 That was valuable enough in itself, but the very next day I had a call from a restaurateur who had been recommended by yourself. It quickly resulted in a substantial order replacing his restaurant furniture. It was an order that can only have come through involvement with your networking organisation “Business Excellence”. Thank you for your tireless promotion of your sponsors.
 Keep up the good work with your breakfasts, they are well planned to give a relaxed, informal and friendly atmosphere. I have found them invaluable in getting to know others, and letting them know us.
