A recent photo from our nostalgic tour to Sydney a couple of weeks ago to celebrate John’s birthday.

John resided ( for approx.20 years) in the dark brick residences (built about 1928) at the bottom of photo. Square yellow brick building at left is the Australian Hotel built 1889!! View taken from 23rd floor Quay West Apartments in Gloucester Street Sydney. A tour of the historic rocks is a must for visitors to Sydney.

Any one visiting Sydney should use the Red Bus and the Blue Bondi Tour Buses for four hours of viewing all of the city and sorrounds-includes several beaches.

Lindisfarne-Marketing Director-Myfanwy Stanfield should be congratulated on her idea to encourage students to attend the monthly Business Excellence breakfasts when Australia’s best speakers present their ideas and expertise in marketing, sales, financial tips and a wide variety of topics.

There has been great interest also from the Tweed/Gold Coast business community who attend in good numbers. There is always time allowed for genuine networking and the club supplies a sumptuous hot breakfast plus cereal, fruit juice, fruit salad, tea and coffee. We are very fortunate to have Jennifer Jeffries as our first Guest Presenter at Tweed Bowls Club 7am DST for the start of the year.
Last year Jennifer reached a sell out business breakfast audience with her “Life Balancing Strategies”-address also in January. Many people have requested to hear Jennifer and I cannot think of a better speaker to “kick start” the new year. Without our health- we are nothing!!
