We have been very fortunate with the growth in numbers and support for our regular monthly Business Excellence breakfasts. Over 100 attended the Bob Ansett breakfast. What a presenter, who never fails to be relevant with his colossal business experience.
The september breakfast featured MARK EDMONDSON – former English football representative who spoke of his great challenges in business and his “Pursuit of Excellence”. Mark has made a study of NLP and other psychological matters that will inspire and motivate better life and business for all. Please contact John if you want Mark to speak at your group- he is one of the hottest speakers on the speaking circuit today!
We once again face the challenges of Daylight Savings from October but this should be all the more reason to not worry about this one hour time difference and turn up at the business breakfasts irrespective of the one hour difference.

END OF DST FOR SEVERAL MONTHS!!!! Great to see the end of Daylight Saving Time from the 6th of April. This means our April 16th Breakfast will be at “normal time”-whatever that is. I am sick of watching TV late when my Qld clock shows 11pm when I know my real time is 12 mid night!We all know the cost to our businesses on both sides of the border.

DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME BORDER PROBLEMS.

Soon Northern NSW- Tweed Heads and South East Queensland – Southern Gold Coast will face the complex problems of DST.

We cannot sit back and allow Queensland to cause enormous problems to businesses on both sides of the border in particular but also to the rest of Australia eg the Airlines.

We have organised an on line e-poll which can be reached on the right side of this blog- just scroll down until you see ” Would you like SE Queensland to have DST etc.

The e-poll will only take less than a minute and is completely confidential. The results will be forwarded to the Qld. Premier, Members of Parliament on both sides of the border and local media. (completed – Ed)
